Planning the day

If you already know the timings of the workshops, please tell us here.

If you would like us to suggest a timetable for you, please let us know the timings of the school day: start, break(s), lunch (inc set up/clear up), end of day.

Things to note when planning the day:

We need access to the room at least 20 minutes before the first session.
Please allow 5-10 minutes between sessions for resetting the equipment.
If the room is used for lunch, please check how long the lunchtime staff need for setting up and clearing up.
If the room is used for an after school club, please allow 15 minutes for us to clear out before they need to set up.

1. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes.
2. At least one member of school staff should be present in the workshop.
3. If children are attending who require extra support, support staff should attend with them.
4. If parking is not available on school premises, we may not be able to complete the workshop (unless agreed in advance).
5. We reserve the right to stop any activity if we deem it to be unsafe due to behaviour, venue risks or lack of supervision.
